Turnaround Times
We will have the initial proofs sent to you within
3 working days.
After you receive the initial proofs, any further
modifications will usually be made within 12 to 24
hours from when we receive them. Sometimes, depending
on the time of the day and our workload, we are able
to work on your logo design amendments almost immediately,
returning the next set of proofs within hours of receiving
your new instructions.
Between each design stage, you are welcome to take
your time making any decisions regarding further amendments,
we realize that you may wish to ask other peoples
opinions at each stage of the logo design process.
We won't hurry you into making quick decisions.
How will you receive your new logo?
Your finished logo will be saved in a variety of
formats including JPG, PNG, GIF , PDF, EPS, AI and
any other that you specify. We will also supply the
GIF file in 8 different sizes which should save you
the trouble of resizing for your web site. All files
will be sent to you by email and if you request it,
a CD with all of the files on, can be sent upon request
for £5 extra.
The AI, EPS and PDF formats are the scalable
vector files and the rest are bitmap or raster
file formats.
